How to Check Your Phone’s IMEI

Enter *#06# on your phone’s dial pad. Some carriers don’t allow you to access

  • Android: Go to Settings → About Device → Status
  • iPhone: Go to Settings → General → About

    • iPhone Unlock Check

    Settings → General → About → Carrier Lock. If it says “No SIM restrictions,” it’s unlocked.

    Android Unlock Check

    Settings → Connections → Mobile Network → Network Operators. Turn off “select automatically.” If you see multiple networks, it’s likely unlocked; if only one, it’s locked.
